The platform base provides sturdy support for a comfortable night's sleep, while the weight limit of 450 lbs for the bottom bunk and 250 lbs for the top bunk ensures safety and durability. Please note the maximum recommended mattress height is 6” for the trundle bed extension.
We offer three options for this bunk bed: just the bunk bed, the bunk bed with drawers for extra storage, or the bunk bed with a trundle for additional sleeping space. NovaBeds is mainly an online store, it's one of the perks for keeping our prices so low! We save on overhead costs associated with owning a store while still delivering high quality furniture straight to your door. We have a few select models on display at the warehouse location. Can I delay my delivery date?
Absolutely! Simply mention in the order notes of when you can receive your package and we will schedule it accordingly. Please note we will do our best to deliver on your desired date however we cannot guarantee as we use an external third-party company for our local deliveries.

Is assembly included?
Unfortunately we do not offer assembly services in-house at this time. All the tools and manual you need are included in the box. If you would like to have it assembled for you however, we can certainly connect you with an external service technician who can assemble your furniture for a small fee.
RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
No worries! All our furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Simply email a photo of the defective item and the code on the box to info@novabeds.ca and we will dispatch a replacement piece.
