All our trundle/daybeds are easy to assemble and come with all the tools and instructions inside. Mattresses are not included with the trundle/daybeds and need to be purchased separately.

NovaBeds is mainly an online store, it's one of the perks for keeping our prices so low! We save on overhead costs associated with owning a store while still delivering high quality furniture straight to your door. We have a few select models on display at the warehouse location. Can I delay my delivery date?
Absolutely! Simply mention in the order notes after when you can receive your package and we will schedule it accordingly.

Is assembly included?
Unfortunately we do not offer assembly services in-house at this time. All the tools and manual you need are included in the box. If you would like to have it assembled for you however, we can certainly connect you with an external service technician who can assemble your furniture for a small fee.

No worries! All our furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Simply email a photo of the defective item and the code on the box to info@novabeds.ca and we will dispatch a replacement piece.
